Our liver doesn't need a full reboot. Instead, a gentle, nourishing nudge will do!  Enter: Liver Boost herbal tea! From the air we breathe, to the food we eat, our modern life throws a lot of toxins and heavy stuff at us. This blend is chock full of nutrients, to give your liver a helping hand so your whole body function at its very best.
  • Organic and Wild Crafted Herbs
  • Naturally Caffeine Free
  • Promotes Healthy Liver Function
  • Loose leaf tea provides 40-60 servings

Dandelion promotes healthy blood sugar levels and is wonderful for supporting liver function.

Sarsaparilla has also shown protective effects on the liver. In fact, research conducted in rats with liver damage found that compounds rich in flavonoids from sarsaparilla were able to reverse damage to the liver and help it function at its best.

Nettle is rich in antioxidant properties that may protect your liver against damage from toxins, heavy metals, and inflammation. Healthy liver function is essential for overall health, and nettle has shown promising results in relieving symptoms of hormonal imbalances and high cholesterol. This powerful botanical is one of the richest sources of plant protein, vitamin K, amino acids, and essential vitamins.

Alfalfa alkalizes and detoxifies the body, especially the liver. Extremely nutrient dense, alfalfa can help replenish your stores of liver-supportive vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin K.

Red Clover is a nutritive herb, and a natural diuretic that helps to balance fluid levels in the body. The isoflavones in red clover are believed to have a protective effect on liver function and could reduce inflammatory responses in the body.

Lemon Balm is a lovely, calming herb with such a wonderful aroma! A good cup of lemon balm can help sedate the body and soothe pain and stress associated with being sick.

Ingredients: organic and wildcrafted herbs of: dandelion root, sarsaparilla, nettle leaf, alfalfa leaf, red clover, and lemon balm.

How to brew: Use about 1 teaspoon per 8 ounces. You can adjust this to your own taste. One bag of tea will typically make 40 - 60 - 8 ounce servings. To extract the essence out of herbal teas, they must be brewed in water that is at or near boiling and for a duration of 5 - 7 minutes. For a more medicinal effect steep 15-30 minutes. Will keep refrigerated for 24 hours.
