Return Policy

We want to be fair to our customers while also protecting our small family business. Please read our return policy carefully before making a request.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • To receive a full refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to issue only a partial refund or store credit if returned items are not in perfect, unused condition.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale and clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized goods

  • Digital downloads

Preferential Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference (e.g., if you try a scent and decide you don’t like it). While we describe our products as thoroughly as possible, customers acknowledge the risk of purchasing items online.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us at Liz@urbanfarmcollection.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will work with you to refund, replace, or assist with a shipping claim.

Shipping Costs

  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping returned items back to us.

  • If you’d like help creating a return label, we can provide one and deduct the cost from your refund.

Refund Process

  • Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund eligibility.

  • Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • If not eligible for a full refund, you may receive a partial refund or store credit.

Fair Use

  • Excessive return requests may result in denial of future returns.

  • Items showing use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for refunds.

  • Fraudulent refund claims may result in a permanent ban from our store.
