Shipping Policy
We’re a small family business, and we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. While we don’t have the resources of big box stores or Amazon, most orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours.
Processing Times

Standard processing: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Busy seasons: During holidays or sales, processing may take up to 7 days, though this is not typical.
We know how exciting it is to receive your order, and we always do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible!
Shipping & Delivery

All orders include tracking so you can follow your package once it has been scanned by UPS or USPS.

Please note: Transit times are out of our control once a package is handed off to the carrier.

Delays may happen—especially during holidays or high-volume times—and we appreciate your patience.
Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is experiencing extreme delays, we’re happy to help you open a claim with the carrier.

Most carriers will not approve replacements or refunds for delayed packages unless the item has been stuck for 14+ days.

Claims can take time to process, and unfortunately, those timelines are outside of our control.
