Shipping policy
We’re a small family business, and every order is packed and shipped by our team right here on the farm. While we may not have the resources of big-box retailers, we work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.
PROCESSING TIME
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
During sales, product launches, or the holiday season, processing times may occasionally extend to up to 7 business days, though this is not typical.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Please keep in mind that once a package leaves our hands and is accepted by USPS or UPS, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. While most packages arrive on time, occasional delays can happen, especially during busy shipping seasons.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears to be significantly delayed, please reach out and we’ll gladly help you investigate or file a claim with the carrier.
Most carriers require a package to be delayed for at least 14 days before approving a lost package claim. Unfortunately, claim processing times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.
