As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail which means that we have received your order in our system. We will process those charges and work to get your order out to you as soon as possible.
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. This is not a guarantee, but we really strive to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Losses and Damages
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS/UPS. If a package has been stolen or lost by USPS or UPS, please contact us at liz@urbanfarmcollection, and we will give the necessary information for you to file a claim. However, we cannot refund products or shipping. Once your products arrive, please fully inspect them. If you notice any damage, take pictures and contact us immediately at email@example.com. Once your products have arrived safely to you, those products are now in your care. Urban Farm Collection accepts no liability for loss or damages after safe arrival.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. We have no control over customs. Please be prepared for possible delays. It is your responsibility to pay any customs fees, duties or value-added taxes (VAT’s) levied by your country. It is the buyer's responsibility to know the legality of the products ordered in the buyer's country, including, but not limited to, what’s banned, limits on quantities, etc. Please know your country’s laws and regulations regarding the products you are considering ordering from us before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept refunds as we cannot resell a product once it has left our facility. It is our desire that you are 100% happy with your experience at Urban Farm Collection, so if you have any issues, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Incorrect Shipping Address & Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it's recognized as a valid address by UPS and USPS. Please note, UPS will not deliver to PO boxes. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide and updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Urban Farm Collection will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
We ship through USPS and UPS. We will ship via the carrier you choose at checkout, however we reserve the right to swap carriers at our own discretion. We will sometimes swap carriers if it means we will be able to get your order out to you sooner. When you use the "FREESHIP" code, we reserve the right to choose the carrier we ship your order with and it may or may not be the one chosen at checkout.
