Refund policy
As a small family business, we stand behind the products we make and carefully package every order. We also understand that occasionally things don't go as planned. Our goal is always to be fair, reasonable, and helpful.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
To qualify for a full refund, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. In some cases, a partial refund or store credit may be issued if an item is returned in less than new condition.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital products or downloads
PRODUCT PREFERENCES
Because many of our products include natural scents, colors, and ingredients, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference. For example, if you purchase a product and later decide the scent, texture, or color isn't for you, it would not qualify for a return.
We do our best to provide detailed product descriptions so you can make an informed purchase before ordering.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at howdy@urbanfarmcollection.com.
We'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible, whether that means a replacement, refund, or assistance with a carrier claim.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you'd like assistance creating a return label, we're happy to help and can deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
