Mist generously over clean skin, then follow while skin is still slightly damp with your favorite Urban Farm face serum, balm, or moisturizer to help lock in hydration.

Use throughout the day whenever your skin needs a quick refresh, mist over the body, or spray lightly through the hair and scalp for a fresh citrus aroma.

For the Milk + Pearl Dust Mask: Add a small amount of mask powder to your palm or a bowl, spritz with Blood Orange Hydrosol until you reach a creamy consistency, then add a drizzle of raw honey if desired. Apply and rinse after 10–15 minutes.

Water-Based Hydration | Hydrosols provide a lightweight layer of water-based hydration, making them especially useful before applying an anhydrous face oil, serum, or balm.

Naturally Occurring Aromatic Compounds | Hydrosols contain small amounts of the water-soluble and volatile compounds captured from the plant material during distillation. They're much more dilute than essential oils, making them a gentle way to incorporate aromatic botanicals into a skincare routine.

Blood Orange is probably our happiest hydrosol. It smells incredible, feels refreshing on the skin, and is an easy way to add water-based hydration to an otherwise oil-based skincare routine.

We especially love using it after cleansing and immediately following with a face serum or balm. The hydrosol gives your skin the water, and your oils help slow that moisture from escaping.

Ours is copper-distilled fresh from certified organic blood oranges grown by American farmers, with nothing added afterward. And because hydrosols are seasonal agricultural products, we carry them as they're available from the farms we work with.
