The pack:

• 90% organic cotton flannel - Soft, hypoallergenic inner layer

• 5% polypropylene - Less-mess outer layer

• 5% nylon - Four soft, stretchy, adjustable straps

This pack is form-fitting like a second skin, and so comfortable you can sleep in it.

Pair with the oil: 100% Organic, Hexane-free Castor Oil

• Less mess: while it's not totally mess-free, this pack is designed to leak less, especially when you apply 1 Tbsp to the middle of the pack. 

How To Use: Pour castor oil (1 Tbsp) onto the center of inner layer of the pack. Apply oil-side down and secure in place. Leave the pack in place for one hour. While this pack utilizes body heat for absorption, you may apply an additional heat source (like a heating pad) on top.
