Meadow Serum

Apply a few drops to clean, slightly damp skin and gently massage into your face and neck. A little goes a long way.

For the best hydration, mist with one of our hydrosols first and apply Meadow while your skin is still slightly damp to help seal in that moisture.

Use morning, evening, or both. Wear it alone as your daily facial oil or layer underneath a balm when your skin needs additional moisture.

Green Caviar Oil | Derived from Caulerpa lentillifera, a marine algae commonly known as green caviar or sea grapes. It contains naturally occurring fatty acids, antioxidants, and other marine-derived compounds that help condition, soften, and support healthy-looking skin.

Jojoba Oil | Technically a liquid wax ester rather than a traditional oil, jojoba closely resembles components of the skin’s natural sebum. It absorbs beautifully while helping soften the skin, reduce moisture loss, and support the skin barrier.

Meadowfoam Seed Oil | A lightweight and exceptionally stable plant oil with a unique long-chain fatty acid profile. Meadowfoam helps reduce moisture loss and leaves skin soft and conditioned without an overly greasy feel.

Sugarcane Squalane | A lightweight emollient derived from sugarcane. Squalane helps reduce moisture loss, soften the skin, and support the skin barrier while absorbing quickly and easily.

Calendula | Traditionally used to soothe dry, irritated, and sensitive skin. Calendula contains naturally occurring carotenoids and flavonoids with antioxidant properties that help support calm, healthy-looking skin.

Marshmallow Root | A gentle botanical traditionally used for dry and sensitive skin. We slowly infuse marshmallow root into jojoba as part of Meadow’s soothing whole-botanical infusion.

Horsetail | An ancient botanical traditionally used in skin and hair preparations. Horsetail contains a variety of naturally occurring plant compounds and is included in Meadow to condition and support healthy-looking skin.

Lemon Balm | Naturally contains antioxidant plant compounds, including polyphenols. Lemon balm has a long history of use in botanical skincare and helps support a fresh, healthy-looking complexion.

Myrrh Resin | An aromatic resin with a long history of use in traditional skincare. Myrrh is valued for its conditioning and soothing properties and adds to Meadow’s rich botanical profile.

Turmeric Root | Naturally rich in antioxidant compounds and traditionally used in skincare to support calm, bright, even-looking skin.

Vitamin E | A lipid-soluble antioxidant that helps protect skin lipids from oxidative stress while conditioning the skin and supporting its natural barrier.

Blue Tansy Essential Oil | An aromatic botanical known for its distinctive deep blue color, which comes from the compound chamazulene formed during distillation. Blue tansy is especially valued in facial care for its soothing and conditioning properties.

Low-PUFA Base | Meadow is intentionally formulated around highly stable jojoba and meadowfoam oils, along with squalane, rather than using highly polyunsaturated oils as the primary base. This gives the serum excellent oxidative stability while providing lightweight, protective moisture.

There are SO many good botanicals packed into Meadow. We slowly infuse jojoba with calendula, marshmallow root, horsetail, lemon balm, turmeric, and myrrh resin, then add meadowfoam, squalane, Green Caviar Oil, vitamin E, and blue tansy. It gives you a really nice balance of lightweight moisture, antioxidant support, and soothing botanicals without feeling like a super heavy facial oil. If you’re a plant person when it comes to skincare, this is your serum.
