How to use: For best results, take Work It within 30 minutes of completing a workout. Here are a couple of ways to use it:

Fast & Easy: Add 8-12oz of chilled plant-based milk to a blender/shaker bottle, then add 2 scoops of Work It and shake it like a polaroid picture!

Make a Smoothie: Add the following to a blender: 1 banana, 8-12oz of chilled milk (dairy or plant based), 2 scoops of Work It, optional: 1 handful of frozen fruit or spinach. Blend and voila!

*Gluten allergy notice: This protein powder is certified gluten free (tested at not more than 20ppm), but it contains spelt sprouts. The sprout of spelt is technically gluten free, as it does not include the gluten-containing seed/grain.  That said, this powder may not be suitable for those with severe gluten allergies (such as celiac disease) due to the potential for cross contamination.
