How To Use: Pour castor oil (1 Tbsp or less) onto the center of inner layer of the pack. Apply oil-side down, and secure in place. Leave the pack in place for one hour. While this pack utilizes body heat for absorption, you may apply an additional heat source (like a heating pad) on top.
